For wet garbage., the accumulator must furnish-the necessary container., and the containers shall meet all requirements of -the Health Department as to ateril- ization and sanitation., the collector shall. remove wet garbage and rubbish frot places now used for the purpose of storing such wet garbage,, rubbish or garbage., or from such place as may be designated by -the Heath Officer or City Engineer, and shall not remove garbage and rubbish from hotels and restaurants between the hours of 10:30 P. M. and 61+00 A, X. SECTION 2. This ordinance, Together with the ayes and noes., shall be published once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in; the Telegram-Tribune, 64'evspaper published and circulated in said city, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its final -passage.
