Ali' ORDINANCE SELLING PROPER 77 ON PATRICIA STREET TO W, L. YOk2TON
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
1. That pursuant to a public auction held May 16, 1960, at the City hall,
the property hereinafter described shall be said is hereby sold to We L. Norton
for the highest bid; to -wit, $350.
2. Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows:
That portion of Lot 3 according to the map attached to the
Decree of Partition entered in the Superior Court of the
State of California in and for the County of San Luis
Obispo on July 25, 1893 in Case Vo. 2041, entitled "Rebecca
Johnson, Plaintiff vs William Johnson, et al, defendants"
in the City of Sea Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of San Luis Obispo
County Road No. 29, known locally as Foothill Boulevard,
at the Southwest corner of said Lot 3, marked J -13; thence
North 0° 121 West ra distance of 292.10 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence Borth 89° 50' Fast a distance
of.120 feet to the Westerly line of Patricia Drive; thence
North 0° 12' Vest along said line, a distance of 20.9 feet;
thence South 89° 50' West, a distance of 124 feet, to a
point; thence South 0° 12' East, a distance of 20.9 feet
to the true point of beginning, containing 0.058 acres
more or less zoned R «1. Lot size 20.9' X 1201.
3. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed conveying said
property upon payment to the city of said purchase price.
4. This ordinance, together with the ayes and awes, shall be published
once in full, at lea'st three days before its final passage, in the Telegram-
Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said city, and the same shall
go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after i.ts final passage.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo will sell at public auction the following described parcel of land
within the City of San Luis Obispo:
That portion of Lot 3 according to the map
attached to the Decree of Partition entered

In accordance with your request of April 4, 1960, the Planning Commission
has considered the request of Mr. Raynor to abandon a portion of a piece
of property acquired by the city for the-extension of Cerro Romauldo
to Patricia Drive.
This is to advise you that the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No.
258 -60 thereby recommending that the City Council abandon the south 20
feet of the city property located between Cerro Romauldo and Patricia
Drive, and that the City Engineer be given permission to complete this
portion of Cerro Romauldo as soon as it practical and in accordance with
the map submitted herewith.
