DE IT ORDAINED by the Co'uncil of the City of San Luis Mispo eis follows:
WTIEUREAS, an the 1811-h day of July, 1960, the Council of the City of Ssat Luis

place when and where the Courcil Of the City could -hear protests made by any

the date of pasa4ge of said Resolution; and
TMV-REAS, On the 6th day of September, 1960, at the hour of 8:00 in
the Council Chambers in the City ftil of the City of San Luis Obispo, County of

That thie ordinance,, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once In full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram-
Txi.buae; a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the s =e shall
go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its final passe e,
