mending the abandonment of a portion of Munoz Street and a
map for location purposes.

OF A PORTION OF MUNOZ STREET
WHEREiS, the Planning Commission of the City of San Luis Obispo has been
requested by the City Council to consider the abandonment of that portion
of Munoz Street crossing the F. L. Garrett property between Johnson Avenue
and the realignment of Munoz Street, a portion of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2,
Breck Tract; said property being acquired by Mr. Garrett from the City by
trade for Johnson Avenue underpass widening; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of San Luis Obispo has considered
the -request of Mr. Garnett to abandon a portion of Munoz Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT iMuLVE , that in the opinion of the Pl.ar,.:;i rZ Cxmission
this portion of the -city street nerves no useful purpose and will not serve
a useful purpose in the foreseeable future; and further, that the Planning
Commission recommends that the City Council abandon that portion of Mtlroz
Street crossing the F. L.,Garrett property between Johnson Avenue and the
reali gnrnent of Mlunoz Street in accordance with the map attached.

Johnson Avenue and the realignment of Munoz Street, a portion of
Lot 1 and 2, Block 2, Breck Tract (this property acquired from the
City by trade for Johnson underpass widening).
