Be it ordai ned by the Ccuncil of the City of San Luis Obispo, as follows: SECTION 1. It shall be unla.iriftil fcr a ny perscn, ire, partnership, association or corporation, Yithin the City of San Luis Obispo, to sell, offer for sale or deliver any 'Lincured, or frozen, or uncooked. meats from any establishment or place of business in the City of San Luis Obispo, or to keep olden any establishment or place of business within. said City for the purpose of selling, offering for sale, receiving or delivering any uncured, or frozen or uncooked meats, or to permit any establishment or place of business to be kept open for such purpose, except during the hours between seven o'clock A. T5. and seven —o'clock P. M. on days of the week other than. Saturday or Sunday, and except during the hours between. seven o' clock A. 15. and elev4� o'clock P. 11. on Saturdays, and a. 11 such establishments and places of business shall be closed upon all Sundays and legal holida-lurs; provided., however, that then a legal holiday shall fall upon a Saturday or upon a Monday, any such place of business or establishment may then be rapt open during the hours between seven o'clock A. M. and twelve o'clock noon of such legal holiday, and such uncured, frozen or -uncooked meats may be sold, offered for sale, received and delivered during such hours. Provided, however, that all emergency cases shall be left to the discretion. of the Health? Officer of the City of San Luis Obispo. 111-6-7, SECTION 2. Any person, firm, partnership, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty -five Dollars ($ 25.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars (� 200.00), or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. SECTION 3. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published for two days before its final passage in the Daily Telegram, a daily newspaper printed , published and circulated in the City of San Luis Obispo. FROZEN OR UNCOOKED MEATS MAY BE SOLDO OFFERED FOR SALE OR DELITERED.9 AND PRESCRIBING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. Be it ordained by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo* as follows: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, association or corporation, within the City of San Luis Obispo, to sell, offer for sale or deliver any uncured, or frozen, or uncooked meats from any establishment or place of biisiness in the City of San Luis Obispo, or to keep open any establishment or place of business within said City for the purpose of selling, offering for sale, receiving or delivering any uncured., or frozen or uncooked meats, or to permit any establishment or place of business to be kept open for such purpose, except during the hours between seven o1clock A. M. and seven —ofelock P. M. on days of the week other than Saturday or Sundayp and except during the hours between seven o'clock A.11, and eleven of clock P.
