M. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 990 Palm Street, at which time and place an auction will be held of the hereinafter referred to STORAGE'SPACE ON CITY -OWNED LAND. Said lease will be made to the highest responsible bidder, for a three year period at the highest monthly rent with said monthly rent being paid yearly in advance; provided that said City Council may in its discretion reject any and all bids. A form of the said lease, containing the particular conditions under which said property will'be leased, is' now on file in the Office of the City Clerk and is open for'public inspection.
