BE I'! ORDAINED by the Cotasacil of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Nayor shall be and is hereby authorized to execute for and
on behalf of the City of San Luis €Obispo, an easement to Pacific Gas & Electric Company,
a California corporation, to erect, maintains, replace, remove and use a line of poles_
across the property owned by the City of San Luis Obispo located in Lopez Canyon, San
Luis Obispo County, California..
SECTION 2. That said easement is more particularly described in that certain
document dated April 24, 1961, on file in the office of the City Clerk,: Lie City Hall in
the City of San Luis Obispo.
SEC`I:IMI -3. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once, in full,. at least three days before its final passage, in the San Luis Obispo
County 'lea gram- Trib%Oa, a daily newspaper printed, publish6d and circulated in said
City, and the same shall take effect and be in force from and after its final passage.
