HomeMy WebLinkAbout0198ART ORDINANCE OF INTENTION TO EXCHANGE PROPHW FOR SERVICES BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: SECTION 1. That the Council hereby determines that the property here and after described is not now or will be necessary for public purposes. SECTION 2. That it is the intention of the Council to convey said land to Ray C. Stunner Companies in exchange far dredging services of the Laguna Lake as follows: (a) That all dredging shell be under the supervision and direction of the City Eugineer. (b) That the crane shall dredge Laguna Lake for 16 1/4 days and shall dredge not less than 1,000 cubic yards per.day and any amount in excess of 1,= cubic yards per day shall not be credited to any other day's worn. (c) That the City shall not be responsible for am exgenses, costs or damages resulting from the use of said erne. SECTION 3. That upon satisfactory completion of said work, the Mayor shall execute on behalf of the City and deliver a Grant Deed covering said property to Ray C. Skinner Companies. SECTION 4. City property is located in the City of Son Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Ely corner of Tract go. 207 as recorded February 9, 1961', in Book 6, Page 54, of Maps in the Recorder's Office of the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California; Thence A. 37° 451 W a distance of 1019.161; Thence N 50° 15° W a distance of 462.10' to.the.Trus Point of Beginning. Thence N 441' 380 E e distance of 198.201; Thence N.59° 021.W a distance of 95.731; Thence N 77° 37' W a distance of 397.751; Thence S 50° 15' E a distance of 430.9461 to the True Point of Beginning Containing 1.11 acres. SECTION 5. This ordinances together with the ayes and noes, shall be publishes' Once in full, at least three days before its fiml passages in the Telegram - Tribune, a newspaper published and cisculated''in said City, and the same shall go into effects at the expiration of thirty days after its final passage.
