NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL AT PUBLIC AUCTION
OLD CITY MAINTENANCE YARD AT 351 SANTA BARBARA AVENUE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of
San Luis Obispo, will sell the following described real property at
public auction on Monday, December 4, 1961, at 8:50 P. M., in the
Council Chambers of the City Ball, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo,
California.
The property:
Lots 18, and 19, block 186, in the Homestead Tract, Volume A,
Page 132 of maps in the San Luis Obispo County Recorders Office, and
all structures and equipment standing on this property. Frontage of
100 ft. and depth of 145.50 ft.
Minimum bid $12,000. Terms 10% deposit immediately and cash or
certified check within three (3) days after delivery of grant deed
to successful bidder. Failure to deposit balance within specified
time will result in forfeiture of 107. deposit. Deed shall be sub-
ject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, and easements of record.
Sale is made subject to five (5) year lease on the property.
