COLLECTION OF SUCH CHARGES
BE IT ORDAIN&D by she Council of the City of Son Lute Obispo as follousn
SECTIM 1, Sections 7502 through 7508 are hereby added to Chapter 5 of the
San Luis Obispo Municipal Cade to read as follows,
SECTION 7502. SEVER CRARCES.

Every person whose promises in the City are served by a conmection with
the system of sewage of the City, whereby the sm7age or industrial wastes, or
either or both, are disposed of by the City, through the sewage t:ra= —=ant: plant;,
or otherwise, shall pay a newer rental charge based as iollou *s6 to -gait:
A. For each single family duelling, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) per
month.
Ba For each single family dwelling unit in any duplex, double house or
other building containing trio single family dwelling units, the s=l
of One .Dollar ($1.00) per ,,oath, per dwelling unit.
C. For each apartment house, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) per -,;L)i1tj.
for each apartment therein.
D. For each dwelling unit in any hotel, motel or auto court, the sur.: of
Seventy -five Cents ($0475) per unit per mouth.
E- For , each rooming house where two (2) or more rooms arcs reated to
others for lodging purposes, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) scor the
rooming house, plus Seventy-five Cents ($0.75) per bedroom available
for rent, per mozath.
F. For each trailer park, the 0= of One Dollar and fifty centa (51.50;
Plus Soventy -fivm Cents (90.75) per trailer park space available,,
per month.
G. For each church, the sum of One Dollar and fifty cents ($1.5Q; gee;;
month, plus One Dollar ($1000) per month for any parsonage or dn,eliw
ing units connected tb3reto.
H. For each theatre, clubohouse, lodge or place of amusement:, the mini-
mum sum of One Dollar And fifty cents ($1 50) per iuoo. h.
1. For each business establishment, wholesale or retail, the minimum
sum of One Dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per month.
S/. For each public, private" or parochial school., an equal mont:aly charge
based upon the following caiculati.onso
1. One cent ($0.01) par month er pupil and employee;
2. PLUS One half of one cent (I of $0901) per student for scl -l—Mole

with shower facilities;
3. PLUS One Dollar ($1.06) per month for scboole with cafeteries.
The payment so calculated shall be based upon the school records on
the beginning of each school year and shall be applicable for the
succeeding twelve (12) months.
K. Any connection to the Sewage system outside of the City limits steal
be charged at double the rate charged within the City. 11 T
