CITE' SEWAGE SYSTM4 AND PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF SUCH CHARGES BE IT ORDAIN&D by she Council of the City of Son Lute Obispo as follousn SECTIM 1, Sections 7502 through 7508 are hereby added to Chapter 5 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Cade to read as follows, SECTION 7502. SEVER CRARCES. C Every person whose promises in the City are served by a conmection with the system of sewage of the City, whereby the sm7age or industrial wastes, or either or both, are disposed of by the City, through the sewage t:ra= —=ant: plant;, or otherwise, shall pay a newer rental charge based as iollou *s6 to -gait: A. For each single family duelling, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) per month. Ba For each single family dwelling unit in any duplex, double house or other building containing trio single family dwelling units, the s=l of One .Dollar ($1.00) per ,,oath, per dwelling unit. C. For each apartment house, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) per -,;L)i1tj. for each apartment therein. D. For each dwelling unit in any hotel, motel or auto court, the sur.: of Seventy -five Cents ($0475) per unit per mouth. E- For , each rooming house where two (2) or more rooms arcs reated to others for lodging purposes, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) scor the rooming house, plus Seventy-five Cents ($0.75) per bedroom available for rent, per mozath. For each church, the sum of One Dollar and fifty cents ($1.5Q; gee;; month, plus One Dollar ($1000) per month for any parsonage or dn,eliw ing units connected tb3reto. H. For each theatre, clubohouse, lodge or place of amusement:, the mini- mum sum of One Dollar And fifty cents ($1 50) per iuoo. h. 1. For each business establishment, wholesale or retail, the minimum sum of One Dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per month. S/. The payment so calculated shall be based upon the school records on the beginning of each school year and shall be applicable for the succeeding twelve (12) months. K.
