HomeMy WebLinkAbout0226Nt, ORDINANCE NO. 226 (New Series), AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION FOUR AND ONE - HALF OF ORDINANCE NO. 122 (New Series). BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: SECTION 1. Section 42 of Ordinance No. 122 (New Series) entitled "An Ordinance Regulating Traffic upon and the Parking of Vehicles on the Public. Streets of the City of San Luis Obispo" is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 42. Except on Sundays, the operator of a vehicle shall not park such vehicle for a period of time longer than ninety consecutive minutes on any of the following named streets, between the hours of 9:00 A. M. and 5 :00 P. M. Such streets are as follows, to -wit: Marsh Street, from Broad Street to Nipomo Street. Higuera Street, from Nipomo Street to a line across said Higuera Street 470 feet Southerly from the Westerly line of Nipomo Street. Monterey Street, from Chorro Street to South Broad Street. Monterey Street, from Osos Street to Johnson Street. Chorro Street, from Marsh Street to Pacific Street. Broad Street, from Higuera Street to Monterey Street. SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes shall be published for two days before its final passage in the Telegram- Tribune, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in said city and shall take effect and be in force thirty days after its final passage. - 1 - ---i -) INTRODUCED AND PASSED to print this 21st day of April; 1941, by the following vote: AYES: R.P.Howell,Ralph C.
