J, C91211HOLL'Y RR IT GAINED by the Cotmeil of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: SECTION to In accordance with the Notice of Auction published in the Telegram- Tribune on November 10, 1962, and the public auction held November 19, 1962, the grazing land at the City Sewer Farm is hereby leased to Bo J. Connally at the rake of Three and 50/100 Dollars ($3050) per acre per month, for a period of one year, commencing January 1, 1963 through December 31, 1963. The terns and conditions of said lease are set forth in that certain doctor ent entitled "Lease" dated Decembers 3, 1362, on file in the City Cl,erh "a office, which Is hereby incorporated by reference as though fully set forth hereins SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, small be pub- fished once in full, at least three days before final passage., in the TelegTamA Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after said final passage. Luis Obispo will hold a .public auction on lease of grazing land at the City Sewer-Farm for a period of one year, starting January 1, 1963, to December,31, 1963. 32.5 acres are available immediately. 11A acres will be available October 1, 1963., Minimum Bid $1.50 per acre, per month; first and last month rent paid in advance. Copy of lease to be executed by successful "bidder is on file in the City Clerk's Office for inspection. Public Auction will be held at 9:00 P. M., Monday, November 19, 1962, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, California.
