AN ORDINANCE . CONVEYING EXCESS STREET
WIOSMTG PROPERTY TO J. LAS
UBEREAS, the City of Saga Luis Obispo acquired a portion of property do
Foothill Boulevard in excess of the area necessary for street widening purposes;
and
MEREAS, said excess portion is not needed for present or future street pur-
poses and the Council desires to return the excess to the tax rolls; and
WHEREAS, said excess portion is no; large enough to be of any value or use
by any person other than the adjoining owner and was acquired by the City without
cost;
NOW, TUMFOIZ, BE IT ORDAERED by the COancil of the City of San Luis Obispo
as follows:
SECTION 1. That the parcel of load hereinafter described shall be rec: nvey d
Qv the City of San Luis Obispo to the owner of the adjacent property., James F. and
Una C. Lucas, and the Magor is authorized to execute said conveyance an 4ehalf of
the City of San Luis Obispo.
SECTION 2, Said property is located in the . Ci.ty of Sara Luis Obispo, County of
Sat Luis Obispo, State of Callforn a, and is further described as folloti:s:
That portion of Lots `4Bi0 and "C" of Breedms Addition in the OLty of San.
Luis Mayo., Co=ty of San Lams Obispo, State of California, according
to the map thereof recorded January 25, 1889 in Book B,, Puge 33 of Maps
% the Office of the County Pecorder of said County, described as
follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Lot "B0° in the Breed "s Addition,
which is a point On the north line of the San Luis Obispo w Los Oscs
Public Road (known locally as Foothill Boulevard) maned "B.10 ;11

incorporated by reference as though fully sot forth herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance, together with the ayes and woes, shall be published

affect at the empiration of thirty days after its Scinal passage.
