HomeMy WebLinkAbout0264e- . r H ORDINMCE NO. 264(1963 Series) AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN OFFICIAL BUILDING SETBACK LINE ON BROAD STREET RE IT ORDAINED by the*Cmmcil of the,City of San Luis Obispo as follows: SECTION 1. That pursuant to public hearings duly held by the Planning Commission and City Council, that cert"n map entitled "Official Building Set bach Line of Broad Street," setting forth the building setback line on both sides of a Portion of Broad Street from Hutsuhito Avenue to Rockview Place, shall be and is hereby adopted as Subsection (9) of Section 4300.4 of the San Luis Obispo Mmaicipal Code. SECTION 2. Said map is an file is the office of the City Clerk, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, California. SECTION 3.
