ORDINANCE NO. 271 (1963 Series)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9200.5 OF THE SAN LUIS
OBISPO MUNICIPAL CODE, TO CHANGE THE ZONING OF A PAR-
CEL OF PROPERTY FROM "R -1" TO "C -1"
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 9200.5 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code, which
adopts by reference the Official Zoning Map of the City of San Luis Obispo, shall be and is
hereby amended to change the zoning on a parcel of property hereinafter described from
"R -1" to "C -1."
SECTION 2. Said parcel of property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, Count,
of San Luis Obispo, and is described on the map marked "Exhibit A, " attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein.
SECTION 3. In accordance with the Municipal Code, public hearings on this rezoninc
were duly held, and upon the effective date of this Ordinance the Zoning Map of the City shall
be amended to show said change.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a news-
paper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration
of thirty days after its final passage.
