HomeMy WebLinkAbout0280ORDINANCE NO. 280 (1964 Series) AN ORDINANCE CONVEYING ARMORY SITE TO STATE OF CALIFORNIA B E IT O R DA I N E D by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: SECTION 1.. That the Armory site, located on California Boulevard and more particularly described in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated by reference, shall be and is hereby sold to the State of California for the net sales price of $3, 000.00 on the condition that the State of California shall enter into an agreement providing as follows: A. That the State shall install curb, gutter and sidewalk along the California Boulevard frontage when the State erects any structures on said site. B. That vehicular access on California Boulevard shall be limited to a location directly across the Freeway ramp. C. That the State shall pay acreage and front footage water connection fees imposed by City ordinance. SECTION 2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute on behalf of the City the deed conveying said parcel to the State of California . SECTION 3. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram - Tribune, a news- paper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its final passage. F.. Phillips Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo, filed in book A, page 49 of Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said county; thence along said center line of Peach Street, North 54° 06' 45" East 30.00 feet to the southerly prolongation of the easterly *line of said Ida Street; thence along said southerly prolongation and easterly line of Ida Street, North 35° 53' 45" West 287::83 feet to the easterly line of the parcel of land, second described' in the deed to Theodore 11.
