HomeMy WebLinkAbout0284NORDINANCE NO. 284- (1964 Series) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION J'210 OF THE SAN LUIS OBISPO MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR 12, 24 AND 36 MINUTE PARKING RESTRICTIONS B E IT O R D A IN E D by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 3210 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 3210. Twelve, Twenty -four and Thirty -six Minute Parking. Green curb marking shall mean no standing or parking for a period of time longer than 12, 24 or 36 minutes as determined by Resolution passed by the Council, at any time between 9 :00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any day except Sundays and holidays. When authorized signs, parking meters or curb markings have been determined by the city traffic engineer to be necessary and are in place giving notice thereof, no operator of any vehicle shall stop, :3tand or park said vehicle adjacent to any such legible curb marking or sign or parking meter in violation thereof. SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its final passage.
