AN ORDINANCE EXEMPTING PUPPIES FROM
DOG REGISTRATION
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 4110.16 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code shall be
and is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 4110.16. PUPPY EXEMPTION.
All dogs under the age of four (4) months shall be exempt from the
registration provisions of this Part. =-
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram - Tribune, a news -
paper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration
of thirty (30) days after its said final passage.
