HomeMy WebLinkAbout0337NF. I ., 337 ORDINANCE NO. 2W (New Series) AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO TO A. MADONNA BE IT ORDAINED BY the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo, as follows; SECTION I. That the public necessity and convenience requires that the real property hereinafter described be sold by the City of San Luis Obispo to A. Madonna for the sum of Twenty —five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($25,500.00). SECTION 2. Said real property is described as follows; That portion of Lot DD according to the map of.the Resub— divisions of Lots 58, 61, 62, 63, 64 and 65 of the Ranchos Canada de Los Osos and La Laguna, in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as surveyed by R. R. Harris in January 1875 and filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows; Beginning at a point in the Southeasterly line of said Lot which is South 482o West 1020 feet from the most Easterly corner of said Lot; thence Northwesterly and parallel with the Northeasterly line of said Lot, 480 feet; thence Northeasterly and parallel with the Southeasterly line of said Lot, 1020 feet to the Northeasterly line of said Lot; thence Southeasterly along said Northeasterly line to the Westerly line of Parcel No.33 as described in Final Order of Condemnation in Action No. 163802 Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of San Luis Obispo, a certified copy of said order being recorded in Book 461 of Official Records, at page 82, records of said County;, thence along the Westerly line of said Parcel 33, South 60 00t 30 "': West 281.44 feet, along a curve to the right, radius 120 feet through an angle of 420 251 30" for a distance of 88.85 feet to a point of reverse curvature, and along a curve to the left, radius 100 feet, through an angle of 780 27, 47" for a distance of 136.94 feet to the Southeasterly line of said Lot; thence Southwesterly along said Southeasterly line to the point of beginning. M A. SECTION 3. This ordinance, together with the Ayes and Noes, shall be published for two days before its final passage in the Telegram— Tribune, a daily newspaper printed, published and cir- culated in said City, and the same shall take effect and be in force thirty days after its f inal passage.
