AN Oi:_DINANCE SELLING PP.OPE '.TY TO JAMES
F_ISBY
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION ONE. That that certain parcel located in the State of California., County of
San Luis Obispo, City of San Luis Obispo, and described on the attached Exhibit "A ", hereby
incorporated by reference, shall be and is hereby sold to James Frisby in accordance with
the auction conducted at the Council meeting of June 6, 1966.
SECTION TWO. That the Mayor shall be and is hereby authorized to execute the
Grant Deed on behalf of the City of San Luis Obispo, conveying the property to James Frisby.
SECTION THREE. That this Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune,
a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall take effect at the ex-
piration of thirty days after its said final passage.

PARCEL 1: Lots 1. 2 and 3 in Bloc': 2 of the Breck Tract, in the City of
San Luis Otispo, County of San Luis Obispo, estate of California, according
to map recorded March 7, 1922 in Boot: 3, at Page 1 of Maps.
Excepting from Lot 1, that portion thereof .described as follows:
Beginning at the Northerly corner of said Lot 1; thence South 56° 581 'Test,
along the north~ esterl.y line oI said Lot 15.15 feet; thence South 04° 32'
'pest, '(u.18 feet; thence Soutn 35" 2, East, 64.11 feet to a point; thence
on a curve to the left tangent to the last described course, with a radius

to map recorded ,March 7, 1922 in Book 3, at Page 1 of Maps, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Easterly corner of said Lot 4; thence on a curve to the
left tangent to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 4, with a radius of
107.84 feet, through an angle of 43` 321, for a distance of 51.41 feet to
a point on the Northwesterly line of said Lot 4; thence North 500 48' East,
12.01 feet to the Northerly corner of said Lot 4; thence South 360 22' East,
50.065 feet along the Northeasterly line of said Lot, to the Easterly cor-
ner of said lot and the point of beginning.
PARCEL 3: An easement for the purpose of sloping, and the construction,

ords, and lying between the boundaries of said Parcel and the boundaries
of the parcel descried as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northerly line of Johnson
Street with the Easterly line of the Southern Pacific Company right of
way; thence South -35" 2-3' East, along the Northerly line of Johnson Street
for a distance of 132.40 feet to the Westerly line of PZunoz Street; thence
