An ordinance relating to the closing of Cigar Stores
in the City of San Luis 0e)is -po.
Be it ordained by the Council of the City of San Luis
3bisno9 as follows;
I P.
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the owner, manager,
proprietor, or other person having charge of any cigar store, -
to keel) the sale open, or allow or pewit the same to be kept
open, bet,,Peer the hours of twelve o'clock at night aid
o'clock in the forenoon of any day, or to all OUT any person
except such manager, proprietor, or person in charge of, for
servants regularly employed in, and about the same, to be,
or rem therein between the hours aforesaid.

of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall
