y AN ORDINANCR. LEVYING A TAX FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL
YEAR 1951 -19512 UPON ALL TAXABLE PROPERTY V41TIlIN
THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, AND FIXING THE RA`,
OF SUCH TAX.
BE, IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
SECTION la There is hereby levied upon all taxable real and
personal property within the City of Sam Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, Q tan for ",ho flscal year of
said City beginning on the lst day of July, 195'19 and new eaxrest,

for thG purposes herein specified and apportioned among the funds is
the City Treasury, as follows,
. For the General Fund there is levied a tax of on

20 For each of the following bond funds there is levied a taz

,paging the accruing interest and maturing bounds of the various issuer
of bonds heretofore issued by the City of San Larks Obispo, which tax
is in the amount, and is to be apportioned among such funds in the
City Treasury as follows-.
(a) For the City Farm Bond Fund, evidenced by bounds dated
April it 19189 a tax of $.00;
(b) For the Improvement Bond Fund of 1922, evidenced by bonds
dated July is 19220 a tax of 0 0 ,

(g) For the Bridge and Culvert Bond Fund of 1929, evidenced
by bonds dated July 1, 1929, a tax of 0.007 ;
�j For the Water Bond Fond of 19399 Series A, evidenced
by bonds dated July 1, 19399 a tans of 6 ';
(i) For the Water Bond Fund of 1939, Series B. evidenced by
bonds dated May 1, 19409 a tax of '.004
3. For the Library Fund there is levied a tax of on
each One Hundred Dollars in value of said property.
4. For the Improvement Fund of said City there is levied a
tax of 0 on each One hundred Dollars in value of said property.
5. For the Park, Playground and�ecreation Fund of said City
there is levied a tax of $ -15 on each One Hundred Dollars in
value of said property.
SECTION P. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, for two days before its
final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a daily newspaper printed,
published and circulated in said City, and the same shall tape effect
and be in force from and after its final passage.
