ORDINANCE N0. 353 (New Series)
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AS M -1 DISTRICT THAT
AREA DESCRIBED AS LOTS 1 TO 7 INCLUSIVE, IMPERIAL
a, ADDITION; RECLASSIFYING AS R -3 DISTRICT THAT AREA
KNOWN AS LOTS 8 TO 14 INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 7, CENTRAL
ADDITION; RECLASSIFYING AS R -2 DISTRICT THAT AREA
KNOWN AS LOTS 2 TO 6 INCLUSIVE OF THE EDWARD LOWE
ESTATE'AND LOTS 39 AND 40 OF CALIFORNIA PARK.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to proceedings in such behalf hereto -
fore.duly and regularly had, and the report of the City Planning
Commission presented to the City Council at its meeting of Auguat-
20,1951, the hereinafter described parcels of real property located
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, shall be and the same are hereby reclassified as
follows:
To change from R -2 Residence District (Two
Family) to M -1 Manufacturing District the real pro-
perty bounded on the north -west by Kwang Su Street,
on the south -east by Mutsuhito Street, on the south-
west by Broad Street and on the north -east by a line
150 feet north -east of and parallel to, Broad Street;
also described as Lot 1 to 7, inclusive, Imperial
Addition.
To change from R -1 Residence District (Single
Family) to R -3 Residence District (Multiple Family)
the real property bounded on the south -west by Ida
Street, the north -east by Grove - Street, the south-
east by Marsh Street and on the north-west-by a line
150 feet north -west of, and parallel to,,- Marsh Street;
also described as Lots 8 to 14, inclusive, Block 7,
Central Addition.

To change from R- 1-Residence District (Single
Family) to R -2 Residence District (Two Family) all
that property described as .'Lot 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6
of the Edward Lowe Estate, -Lots 39 and 40 of
California Park and all of the Isabel Tract.
SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the Ayes and
Noes, shall.be published for two days before its final passage
in the Telegram- Tribune, a daily newspaper printed, published
and circulated in said City, and the same -shall take effect
and be in force thirty days after its final passage.
