ORDINANCE NO. 361 (1966 Series)
AN OF:DINANCE CONFIr_A/.ING THE SALE AND
AUTHOF RING EXECUTION OF THE DEED TO
CEI'TAIN PROPERTY ADJACENT TO BUENA
VISTA STREET
SECTION ONE. That those certain parcels of real property located in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and described on the
attached Exhibit "A ", hereby incorporated herein by reference, shall be and the same are
hereby sold to Dr. Bruce Kennelly in accordance with the public auction conducted at the
Council meeting of December 5, 1966.
SECTION TWO. That, pursuant to Section 725 of the City Charter, the Mayor shall
be and is hereby authorized to execute a Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the City of San Luis
Obispo covering said parcels after the effective date of this Ordinance, upon payment of
the agreed purchase price, together with any other costs and expenses incidental to the
transfer of said parcels.
SECTION THREE. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be pub-
lished once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram - Tribune,
a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the
expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the City Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo at a Regular N eeting of said City Council held on the 5th day of December, 1966,
on motion of Councilman Blake, seconded by Councilman Gallagher, and on the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Blake, Gallagher, Nailer, Spring, and Na.yor Whelchel
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen None

Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 38 of the Phillips Syndicate;':
thence South 890 29' 30" East along the southerly line of Lot 1 a distance ,of 100.6
feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 89°'29" 30 East a
distance of 35.69 feet to a point; thence North 0° 30' 32" East a distance of 90.00
feet to a point; thence North 890 29' 30" West a distance of 35.69 feet to a point;
