HomeMy WebLinkAbout0361r ORDINANCE NO. 361 (1966 Series) AN OF:DINANCE CONFIr_A/.ING THE SALE AND AUTHOF RING EXECUTION OF THE DEED TO CEI'TAIN PROPERTY ADJACENT TO BUENA VISTA STREET SECTION ONE. That those certain parcels of real property located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and described on the attached Exhibit "A ", hereby incorporated herein by reference, shall be and the same are hereby sold to Dr. Bruce Kennelly in accordance with the public auction conducted at the Council meeting of December 5, 1966. SECTION TWO. That, pursuant to Section 725 of the City Charter, the Mayor shall be and is hereby authorized to execute a Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the City of San Luis Obispo covering said parcels after the effective date of this Ordinance, upon payment of the agreed purchase price, together with any other costs and expenses incidental to the transfer of said parcels. SECTION THREE. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be pub- lished once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram - Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
