Those certain parcels of land in the City of San Luis Obispo, being that area generally bounded by Foothill Boulevard, Ivlurray Street, Santa Rosa Street, and the Southern Pacific Railroad, shall be and are hereby rezoned from R -1, bt -3, R -4 and N Land Use Districts to C -N and 1 -O Land Use Districts, in accordance with the map attached hereto; marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 2. Those certain parcels of land in the City of San Luis Obispo, being the block bounded by Oak Street, Santa Rosa Street, Niontalba.n Street, and Stenner Creek, shall be and are hereby rezoned from R -3 and 1: -4. Land Use Districts to R -O and 1-.CS Land Use Districts, in accordance with the map attached 'hereto, rnariced Exhibit "A" and incor- porated herein by reference. SECTION 3. That the Official Zoning I %ap of the City of San Luis Obispo, as set forth in Section 9200.5 of the San Luis Obispo M.- unicipal Code, shall be modified to reflect said zoning change. SECTION 4. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published once in full, at least three days prior to its final ;passage, in the Telegram - Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
