OVING THE ANNE`, "LATION TO SAID CITY OF CEP.TAIN UNINHABITED TERI3ITOLY DESIGNATED "B-?.OAD STREET INDUSTP,.IAL ANNEXATION N0. 2 " V1 H E P, E A S , p u rsuant to the provision of the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939, and pursuant to Pesolution No. 1735 adopted by the City Council of the City of San Luis Obispo on the 21st day of August 1967, a public hearing was held on September 5, 1967, at the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, California, on the proposal of the City Council to adopt an ordinance approving the annexation of certain uninhabited territory contiguous to the City of San Luis Obispo designated as "Broad Street Industrial Annexation No. 2" and which is hereinafter more particularly described; and WHEREAS, no written protests against the annexation have been filed Pursuant to Government Code 'Section 35310.1; and VIHE' :EAS, a petition signed by the owner of all of the real property in the area requested the proposed annexation and consented and agreed that such property shall be subjected to taxation after such annexation equally with property within the City of San Luis Obispo to pay the bonded indebtedness of the City of San Luis Obispo out- standing or authorized at the date of the first puF lication of the notice of election for the acquisition, construction, or completion of the municipal improvements; and WHEREAS, the proposed annexation including the legal description of the territory to be annexed had already been approved by the San Luis Obispo County Local Agency Formation Commission on July 21, 1967 by__esolution No. 67 -17; and 'VITHE :EAS, it appears that all proceedings relating to said annexation have been conducted strictly in accordance with law; NOW, THELEFOILE, BE IT Or,DAINtED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: SECTION 1. That the annexation of uninhabited territory contiguous to the City of San Luis Obispo designated as "Broad Street Industrial Annexation No. 2" be and the same hereby is approved and the real property included in said annexation shall be subject to taxation equally with the property within the City of San Luis Cbispo to pay the bonded indebtedness of the City of San Luis goispo outstanding or authorized at the date of the first publication of the notice of election for the acquisition, construction, or completion of the municipal improvements. Said territory is located in the County of .��iC K San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows: Lot 102 of the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract. SECTION 2. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published once in full, at least three days before its final passage in the Telegram - Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its final passage.
