BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: SECTION 1. That certain parcel of real property in the City of San Luis Obispo located North of Southwood Dive between Laurel Lane and Johnson Avenues more particularly described as follows: Those portions of Section 36, Township 30 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Meridian and Section 1, Township 31 South, Range 12 East, Ai_ount Diablo Tv�.eridian, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the official plat thereof, included within the following described lines: Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Lot 4 in Block B of Tract No. 208, as shown on map recorded in Book 6, page 49 of maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County; thence along the boundary of said Tract No. 208, as follows: South 00 57' 38" East 60.00 feet, North 890 02' 22" East 170.55 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing along said boundary, South 00 57' 38" East 40.00 feet; Southerly along a tangent curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of 20.00 feet through a central angle of 9010 , an arc distance of 31.42 feet, and tangent to said curve, North 89° 02' East 274.87 feet more or less to a line bearing North 011 57' 38" West which passes through the most Easterly corner of the land described in the deed to Morgan flagg, recorded June 21, 1962, as Instrument No. 13757, in Book 1188, page 427 of Official Fecords, in the office of the County Recorder of said County; thence along said last mentioned line, North 00 57' 38" West 237.85 feet, more or less to said most Easterly corner; thence along the Southerly boundary of said land of Flagg South 670 15' 17" West 317.55 feet to the Northerly prolongation of the course in the Easterly line of Woodside Drive, shown on the map of said Tract No. 208 as "South 00 57' 38" East 40.00 feet;" thence along said Northerly Prolongation South 00 57' 38" East 60 feet to the true point of beginning shall be and is hereby rezoned from C -2 (Central Commercial District), rt �1 (Residential Low Density) and CNS (Neighborhood Commercial) to R -0 (r? esidential/ Office). Said property is also shown on the map attached hereto marked Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram - Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its said final passage. INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO -PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo at a Regular Meeting held thereof on the Sth day of September 1967, on motion of Councilman Miller, seconded by Councilman Blake, and on the following roll call vote: AYES: Emmons Blake, Frank Gallagher, Arthur F.
