ANIMALS AT LARGE. UNNECESSARY NOISE. It is hereby declared to be a nuisance and it shall be unlawful to keep, maintain, or permit on any lot or parcel of land, any animals, poultry or household pets, 1"ihich by any sound or cry shall disturb the peace and comfort of V. any neighborhood, or interlere with any person in the reasonable and comfortable enjoyment of life or property. It is hereby declared to be.a nuisance and shall be unlawful to make, cause, or suffer, or permit to be made or caused -upon any premises any unnecessary noises or sounds which are physically annoying to persons of ordinary sensitiveness or which are so harsh or so prolonged or unnatural or unusual In their use, time or place as to occasion physical discomfort. SECTION 60 LIMITATIONS9 RABBITS-POULTRY. It is hereby declared to be a nuisance and it shall be unlawful to keep or permit to be kept, upon any premJses in said City,, any rabbits or poultry: (a) ulthin fifty (501) feet of any dwelling, or (b) if more than thirty (3C) 1-!i all of any such rabbit-;.� or Poultry are kept within seventy-five (751) feet of any dwelling.
