BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the City of San Luis Obispo as shown on the Official Zone ►i-ap of the City of San Luis Obispo be reclassified as follows. Said property is also shown on the map attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference. From District C -N (neighborhood commercial) to District R -H (residential high density) real property described as: Parcel. 1. In the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, Lots 1, 20 3, 11, 12 and 13, excepting the most southwesterly 30 feet of Lot 12 and the most southwesterly 45 feet of Lot 11, Block 173, of the Loomis Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo. Parcel 2. In the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, Lots 2, 3, and 4, excepting the most northerly 54.07 feet of Lots 3 and 4 and the most northeasterly 10 feet of Lot 2 extending a distance of 54.07 feet south, of the Dallidet Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo; Lots 6, 7 and 8 of the Loomis and Co. addition to the City of San Luis Obispo. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram ribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its said final passage. I ,. 5 �'" k� k' y� i, FINALLY PASSED this 15th day of December , 19 69 , by the following roll call vote: AYES: Councilmen Blake, Graham, Spring, Miller NOES: Mayor Schwartz ABSENT: None ATTEST: y�7o T0: Honorable City Council DATE: October 9, 1969 FROM: Director of Planning $ Building SUBJECT: Establishment of official building setback lines on Osos Street between the intersections of Monterey and Higuera Streets The Planning Commission, on October 7, 1969, held a public hearing relative to establishing official building setback lines 29 ft. from center line along both sides of Osos Street between Monterey Street and Higuera Street; and adopted a resolution recommending to the City Council that said building setback lines be adopted. Attached hereto is a copy of the Commission's resolution and map of the proposed setback line. WHEREAS, Osos Street is designated as a collector street on the Major Street and Highway Plan of the City of San Luis Obispo, and WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the Commission that in order to effectuate the recommendations of the Major Street and Highway Plan, the City should adopt the proposed building setback line on Osos Street between the intersections of Monterey Street and Higuera Street. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council that an official building setback line 29 ft. from the center line on both sides of Osos Street from -the intersection of Monterey Street to the intersection of Higuera Street, be adopted. The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission of the City of San Luis Obispo upon motion by Commissioner John Brown, seconded by Commissioner Marvin Dee. VOTING: Aye - Commrs. John Brown, Marvin Dee, LaVerne Schneider, Jim Twyeffort and John Evans. Noe - None. Absent - Commrs. Francis McNamara and Bert Franklin. DATED: October 7, 1969 RONALD D.
