AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONE MAP
OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO .
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: ,a
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the City of San Luis Obispo
as shown on the Official Zone Map of the City of San Luis Obispo be reclassified as
follows. Said property is also shown on the map attached hereto marked Exhibit "A"
and incorporated herein by reference.
From District M -R (Research- Manufacturing) and Iv! --R AH (Research- hdanuJ.cturing
Airport Hazard) to District IM -S AH (Industrial- Combining Airport Hazard) real
property described as:
Parcel I - MR AH - In the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, beginning at a point being the intersection of
the most easterly line of Broad Street and most northerly line of Orcutt
Road; thence south 890 07' 00" west, 170 feet to the point of beginning;
thence north 300 34' west, 540.00 feet; thence north 780 30' 00" east,
1200.00 feet; thence south 33° 30' 00" east, 840.00 feet; thence south
890 07' 00" west, 1335.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel H - M -R - In the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California; beginning at a point being the intersection of the
most easterly line of Broad Street and the most northerly line of Orcutt
Road; thence south 890 07' 00" west, 170.00 feet; thence north 300 34' west
to the point of beginning; thence north 78° 30' east, 1200 feet; thence north
340 30' east, 750.00 feet; thence north 43° 00' 00" west, 370.00 feet; thence
north 89° 07' 00" west, 190.00 feet; thence south 00 31' 30" east, 480.00
feet; thence south .570 00' 00" west, 630.00 feet; thence south 38° 34' east,
400.00 feet to the point of beginning.
General Location:
North of Orcutt Road between Broad Street and the Southern Pacific Railroad
right -of -way.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a
newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at

the expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
at a Regular Meeting held thereof on the 5th day of January, 1970 on motion of
Councilman Graham, seconded by Councilman Spring and on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Graham, Blake, Miller, Spring and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
