BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the City of San Luis
Obispo as shown on the Official Zone Pap of the Oity of San Luis Obispo be reclassified
as follows. Said property is also shown on the i:ap attached hereto mar::ed EY'hibit
"A" and incorporated herein by reference.
From District ;,-1 (residential low density) to District C -N-S (neighborhood
commercial - combining) real property described as:
In the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, those portions of Lots V and of the resubdivision of the
Ranchos Canada De Los Osos and La Laguna, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of J:ract 207, thence North 29°
30 00" West 184.80 feet; thence North U,* 00' 11" ��Test 404.46 feet;
thence North 44° 00' 35" West 135.15 feet; thence Sduth 450 59' 25"
West 165.00 feet; thence Sduth 550 56' 31" ';'Test 501.00 feet; thence

feet to the point of beginning.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three days prior . to its final passage, in the Telegram-
Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall -o
intoeffect at the expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San .Luis
Obispo at a lRegular Meeting held thereof on the 2nd day of March, 1970 on motion
of Councilman Graham seconded by Councilman culler and on the following roll call
vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bla:ce, Graham, lv er, Spring and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: None.
