BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the City of San Luis
Obispo as shown on the Official Zone ivap of the City of San Luis Obispo be re-
classified as follows. Said property is also shown on the map attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
From District R.-2 (residential medium density) and F -3 (residential multiple
family residential) to District n -H (residential high density) real property described
as:
1420 Carmel - R -2 to 1-'. -H.
That portion of Lot 4, Block 54 of the City of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, as per map thereof filed in the office of the county recorder
of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 4 and running thence
Northeasterly along the Northerly line of said Lot 4, 150 feet; thence
at right angles Southeasterly 50 feet; thence at right angles Southwesterly
150 feet to the Easterly line of Carmel Sheet; thence Northerly 50 feet to
the point of beginning.

All that portion of Lot 1 in Block 54 of the City of San Luis Obispo,
according to the official reap of said Ciry filed for record in the office
of the county recorder of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said Lot 1 and running thence
Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 50 feet; thence
Northeasterly and parallel with the Southeasterly line of said lot, 150
feet to the Northeasterly line of said lot; thence Southeasterly along
said Northeasterly line 50 feet to the r.:ost Easterly corner of said Lot
1; thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line of said Lot, 150
feet to the point of be uuiing.
SECTION 2. This Crdinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in AM, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram =
fu ribune,
a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect
at the expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of 'van Luis
Obispo at a Regular 1,47eeting held thereof on the 16th day of March, 1970 on motion
of Councilman Graham. seconded by Councilman Spring and on the following roll call
vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bla.:e, Graham, Spring and Mayor Schwartz
