AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONE MAP
OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the City of San Luis Obispo
as shown on the Official Zone kVa.p of the City of San Luis Obispo be reclassified as
follows. Said property is also shown on the map attached hereto marked Exhibit "A"
and incorporated herein by reference.
From District R -1 (residential low density) to District PD R-2 (Planned Development
- residential medium density) real property described as:
Lots 1 thru 10, Tract 351, City of San Luis Obispo.
Also known as the 1100 block of Oceanaire Drive.
Approval of the rezoning is subject to the following conditions:
1. Development shall be in accordance with a preliminary plan approved in 1963.
2. A precise plan shall be submitted within six months from date of approval and
construction shall commence within three years from date of approval of precise
plan.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram Tribune, a
newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the
expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo at a Regular Meeting held thereof on the 15th day of June, 1970 on motion of
Councilman Graham, seconded by Councilman Spring and on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Graham, Blake, Miller, Spring and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
