AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONE IViAP
OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispera.s follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the City of San Luis Cbispo
as shown on the Official Zone h,a.p of the City of San Luis Obispo be reclassified as
follows. Said property is also shown on the map attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and
incorporated herein by reference.
From District R -1 (single family residential) to District R -H (residential high
density) real property described as:
That portion of Lot 8 of ,Iarford and Chapman's Subdivision in the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the map thereof on file in
the office of the County of said County, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the westerly line of the public road, leading fron:
the City of San Luis Obispo to the town of Avila, said point being the most
easterly corner of Lot 8 of Harford and Chapman's Subdivision of lands in
Township 31 South, range 12 East, Mount Diablo Meridian and running; thence
along the westerly line of said road, south 26 1/41 west, 12.13 chains to post
marked "S, 11 "; thence leaving said road and running north 641 west, 15.66
chains to post mark -ed "S. 12" at corner of fence, and at 18.33 chains to stake in
line of lands of the party of the second part in that certain deed from Easton Mills
to said Jackson Silva, dated November 1, 1904, recorded November 2, 1904
in Book 64, page 164 of deeds, records of said San Luis Obispo County; thence
North 11 1/2° East along the last mentioned line, 12.35 chains to stake on the
line between Lots 8 and 9 of said Harford and Chapman's subdivision above rnen-
tioned; thence south 64 1/20 East along the line between said Lots 8 and 9, 211.35
chains to the point of beginning.
Also known as 960 South Higuera Street.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram Tribune, a
newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the
expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
at a Regular Meeting held thereof on the 6th day of July, 1970 on motion of Councilr��an
Sprhig, seconded by Councilman Graham, and on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Blalke, Graham, Niller, Spring and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: None.
