HomeMy WebLinkAbout0514e ORDINANCE NO. 514 (1971 Series) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the City of San Luis Obispo as shown on the Official Zone Map of the City of San Luis Obispo be reclassified as follows. Said property is also shown on the map attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference. From District U (unclassified) to District R -1 (residential low density) and District R -H (residential high density) real property described as: U to R-1: That portion of Lot 59 of Stratton's Subdivision bf the Ranchos Canada de Los Osos and La Laguna, according to neap filed for record in Book A, page 83 of Maps, and a portion of Lot A of the Resubdivision of Lot 60 of said Ranchos, according to map filed for record March 7, 1907 in Book A at page 85 of Maps, in the City of San Luis Obispo; described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Southeasterly line of said Lot 59 that is distant along said Southeasterly line, North 51° 29' 25" East, 192.50 feet from the most Westerly corner of said Lot A; said point also being the beginning of a curve, concave Northeasterly having a radius of 270.00 feet, a radial line of said curve to its beginning bears South 21° 38' 36" West; thence Northwesterly along said curve, through a central angle of 16° 21' 24 ", - an arc distance of 77.07 feet; thence tangent to said curve North 52° 00' 00" West 26.32 feet; thence North 38° 00' 00" East 100.00 feet; thence North 52* 00' 00" West 110.00 feet; thence North 2' 08' 43" West 158.60 feet to an angle point in the Southwesterly line of the land described in partial reconveyance recorded June 14, 1965 in Book 1354, page 201 of Official Records; thence along the boundary of the land described in said partial reconveyance, North 750 12' 00" East 282.44 feet; thence along the following courses and distances; North 87° 54' 57" East 80.89 feet; South 79° 32' 39" East, 71.88 feet; South 660 47' 49" East, 71.88 feet; South 60° 06' 15" East, 64.83 feet; and South 510 48' 37" East, 64.09 feet to a .point of intersection with the Northerly line of easement conveyed to Rancho de Los Osos Homes, a limited partnership in deed recorded October 27, 1965 in Book 1372 at page 336 of Official I:ecords; thence Westerly along said Northerly line to the point of beginning. Excepting from that portion of Lot A of the Resubdivision of Lot 60 of said Rancho the following described property. Commencing at a stake B.6 set at the northwest corner of said Lot A; thence along the Northerly line of said Lot North 500 45' East 311.52 feet to stake S -187, said point being the true point of beginning; thence from said true point of beginning North 40° 15' East 135.96 feet; thence South 42° 47' East 165.43 feet more or less to a point of intersection in the Northwesterly line of that certain easement for public street and public utility purposes described in the deed to the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation, recorded October 27, 1965 in Book 1372, page 343, of Official Records; thence Westerly along said Northwesterly line of said easement to a point of intersection with the line bearing South 19° 51' East from the point of beginning; thence from said point of intersection along said line North 19° 51' VIest 84.58 feet more or less to the true point of beginning. General location: West side of Los Osos Valley Road between Royal Way and Oceanaire Drive extended. SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram - Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
