AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3140.1 OF THE
SAN LUIS OBISPO MUNICIPAL CODE TO AME ND THE
FIRE ZONE MAP.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 3140.1 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code, which
adopts the Fire Zone Map by reference, shall be and is hereby amended to show the
Fire Zone changes set forth on the map which is on file in the office of the City Clerk., dated
February 6, 1971, and entitled "Amendment to Fire Zone Map of the City of San Luis
Obispo, " which is available for inspection by any interested persons. Said area is hereby
changed from Fire Zone I to Fire Zone II and is the area bounded by Nipomo Street,
Monterey Street, Chorro Street and San Luis Creel :.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram - Tribune, a
newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the
expiration of thirty days after its said final passage.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
at a Regular Meeting held thereof on the 15th day of March, 1971, on motion of
Councilman Blake, seconded by Councilman Graham, and on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Blake, Graham, Miller, Spring and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: None.
