BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: SECTION 1. Section 3211.2(a) of the Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "(a) Permission herein granted to stop or stand a vehicle for the purpose of loading or unloading materials shall not extend beyond the time necessary therefor, and in no event for more than thirty (30) minutes. Evidence that there was no activity involving the loading or unloading of materials into or from a vehicle during any continuous period of time of five minutes or longer shall constitute prima facie evidence that said vehicle was parked longer than the time necessary for loading or unloading." SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published once in full, at least three days prior to its final passage, in the Telegram Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its said passage.
