WHEREAS, this Council finds that the hereinafter des- cribed City real property is not needed for any present or future City purpose; and WHEREAS, this Council finds that the fair market value of said real property is $100.00; and WHEREAS, it is.in the public interest to sell said property; .and WHEREAS, the location, size, and configuration of said property is such that only the owners of two adjoining and contiguous parcels of property could have sufficient access to said property to derive a substantial benefit from the acquisition thereof; and WHEREAS, this Council finds the two contiguous owners,has filed notice that he does not desire to pi and that he has no objection to the the other contiguous owner; and that Dan Hansford, one of with the City a written irchase said real property sale thereof to Elton Hall, WHEREAS, said Elton Hall has offered the fair market value of $100:00 to the City for said property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows: 1. The real property described on Exhibit "A" map and description, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby authorized to be sold to the adjoining landowner, Elton Hall, for $100.00, and the Mayor is authorized to execute a quitclaim deed on behalf of said City. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be published once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its said final passage. �� A ORDINANCE NO. 601 (1973 Series) Page 2 INTRODUCED AND PASSED TO PRINT by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo at a Regular Meeting held thereof on the 3rd day of December...1973;`:on motion of Councilman Gurnee , seconded by Councilman Graham and on the following roll call vote: AYES: Councilmen Brown, Graham, Gurnee, Norris and Mayor Schwartz NOES: None ABSENT: None ATTEST: H 43 73 b•v. That portion of Parcel 'A' of Tract 76, Parkview Subdivision No. 1, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the map recorded August 4, 1952, in Volume 5, Page 84 of Maps of said County, described as follows: Beginning at a point at the easterly corner of lot 1 of Tract 76, being the point common to lots 1, 2 and 35; thence South 250 30' West along the westerly line of lots 35 and 36 a distance of 93.79 feet; thence North 25° 34' 25" West a distance of 43.00 feet to the southerly dine of lot 1; thence South 790 02' 12" East along said southerly line of lot 1 a distance of 7.47 feet to the most southerly corner of lot 1; thence North 470 30' East along the Southeasterly line of lot 1 a distance of 70.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
