AN ORDIX&RCE AMENDING SECTION 21 OF ORDINANCE NO. 39, VNEW SERIES) , REliATING O THE REGULATION AND LICENSING THE BUSINESS OF SELLING AND FURNISHING OF SPIRITUOUS, VINOUS AND MALT LIQUORS IN THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 48 (NEW SERIES), FINALLY PASSED AUGUST 30th, 1915. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:- Section 21 of Ordinance No. 39, (NEW SERIES), Relating to the Regulation and Licensing the Business of Selling and Furnishing of Spirituous, Vinous and Malt Liquors in the City of San Luis Obispo, as `amended by Ordinance No. No. 48 ( New Series) , finally passed August 30th, 1915, is hereby amended to read as follows: - Section 21. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, futnish or give away any vinous, spirituous or malt liquors to any minor under the age of Twenty -one years, or to any person in a state of intoxication, or to any soldier or member of or person enrolled in the army or in the navy of the United States of America while such person is clothed in or wearing any uniform of or prescribed to be worn by any member of such army or navy, or to any member of or person enrolled in the National Guard of California while such person is clothed in or wearing any uniform of or prescribed to be worn by members of such National Guard of California, or to any policeman, member of the police force or peace officer of the city of San Luis Obispo while such policeman, peace officer or member of the police force is wearing the uniform of or prescribed to be worn by any member of such police force, or to any student or person enrolled as a student at any public school, college or university,or any institution for the instruction of students maintained or sup- ported in whole or in part by the State of California or any political �y U] subdivision thereof while such student or person is wearing any uniform adopted, sanctioned or authorized by such school, college, university or institution to be worn for any purpose by its students or any thereof. This ordinance together with the Ayes and Noes shall be published for two days in the "Daily Telegram ", a newspaper printed, published and circulated in said city of San Luis Obispo, and shall take effect and be in force thirty days from and after its final passage.
