ORDINANCE NO. 658 (1976 Series)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONE
MAP OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO (TO
REZONE 601 GROVE STREET, CALIFORNIA
MEDICAL CENTER) .
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described portion of the
City of San Luis Obispo as shown on the Official Zone Map of
the City of San Luis Obispo be reclassified as follows. Said
property is also shown on the map attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
From District R -1 (Residential /Low Density) to District
R- O- S(Residential- Office - Combining)_ real property described as:
All that portion of Lot 3 of Tract No. 387, in the
City of San Luis Obispo, County of.San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to map recorded
January 10, 1969, in Book 7, Page 32 of Maps, which
lies Westerly of the following described lines:
Beginning at the most Southeasterly corner of said
Lot 3, being also a point on the Westerly line of
Lot 1 in said Tract No. 387; thence North 181 39'
East along the line common to said Lots 1 and 3,
105.54 feet; thence leaving said common line, and
continuing along the line of said Lot 3 and the
extension thereof, North 18° 26' East to the
Northerly line of said Lot 3.
Also known as 601 Grove Street.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance, together with the ayes and
noes, shall be published once in full, at least three days
prior to its final passage, in the Telegram- Tribune, a news-
paper published and circulated in said City, and the same
shall go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after
its said final passage.

INTRODUCED AS PASSED TO PRINT�by the Council of the City
of San Luis Obispo at a Regular Meeting thereof held on the
5th day of January, 1976, on motion of Councilman Gurnee,
seconded by Councilman Petterson, and on the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Graham, Gurnee, Norris, Petterson
and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
