ORDMANCE NJ, 72 (1956 Series)
AN ORDIVANCL AMENDING SECTION 9200.4, 9200.5 AND 9200.15
OF WE SAN LUIS OBISPO MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING "TJ DISnf ICTts
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of tim City of Sar. Lams Obispo as follouz a
SECCTION 1, That Section 9200.4- of the San Luis Obispo ?hwicipal. Code is
hereby amended to read as follows
Section 9200.1 Establishmant of Districts
The several districts eatablishsd are as follxmss

SECTION 2. That Section 9200.5 of the San Ivies Obispo Municipal Cods is
hereby wwnded to read as follows:

The designations,, potations, and boundaries of the distracts
a3stablishad are delineated upon the map entitled "Zoning Flap for
the City of Sam Luis Obispo, California,," dated January 17s 1955D
and all amendmants heretofore and hereafter eaades and now on file
in the office of-the City Clerk, which asap and all notations and
information thereon are hereby made a part of this Chapter by
reference. Any land within the incorporated limits of the City,
now or in the future, and not designated or indicated on the
zoning map shall be In the Unclassified or "U'l District.
SECTIOW 3o That Section 9200.15 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code is
hereby amended by adding subsection "D" as followss
Section 9200,15 -0 Uses Allowed
All uses not otherwise prohibited by law provided a use permit
is.secured in each case. Use permits shall be inquired for all
uses,
SECTION 4. This ordinance, tog.ether With the ayes and noes, shall be
published once i.n. full, at least three days before its final passage, in the
Telegram- Triburrc, a newspaper published and circulated in said City, and the same
shall, go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its final passage.
