AN OiOANANC-E LEVYING A TAX FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR (1922
1923 ) U20N ALL TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO AND FIXING THE RATE OF SUCH TAX LEVY
BE IT ORD.AIN;ED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as
follows:
SECTION 1. There is hereby levied upon all taxable
real and personal property within the City of San Luis Obispo.,
a tax for the fiscal year of said City beginning on the let
day of July, 1922, and now current, of 6 1,90 on each one hun-
d
red dollars in value of said property for the purposes herein
specified, and apportioned among the funds in the City Treasury
as follows:
(a) For the General Fund there is levied a tax of 40.85
on each one hundred dollars in value of said property;
(b) For the " Water Bond Tax and Redemption Account"
there is levied a tax of :0.085 on each one hundred dollars in
value of said property, to be used in paying the accrued in-
terest and principal to be paid of a certain municipal indebted-
ness of said City evidenced by its bonds issued andcated the
first day of December, 1899;
(b) For-the Library Fund there is levied a tax of 40.12
on each one hundred dollars in value of said property;

(d) For Improvement Bond F un�jLthere is levied a tax
of $0.235 on each one hundred dollars in value of said property,
to be used in paying the accrued interest and the maturing
bonds of the Issued made and dated July 1, 1909;
(e) For Improvement Bond Fund of 1922 there is levied a
tax of 4.Q.. J. on each one hundred dollar in value of said
property to be used in paying the accrued interest and maturing
bonds of said issue evidenced by.the bonds of said city dated
July let, 1922;

(f) For Sewer Extension Bond Fund of 1917 there is levied
a tax of 40.02 on each one hundred dollars in value of said prop-
erty, to be used in paying the accrued interest and maturing
bonds of said issue evidenced by the bonds of said City dated
June lat. 1917;
(g) For City Fasm Bond Fund there is levied a tax of
00.032 on each one hundred dollars in value of said property,
to be used in paying the accruing interest and the maturing
bonds of said issue evidenced by bonds of said city dated
April 1i 1918;
(h) For Sewer Improvement Bond Fund of 1896, there is
levied a tax of 0.038 on each one hundred dollars in value
of said property, to be used in raying the accruing interest
and maturing bonds of said issue;
(1) For Street Intersection Pavement Fund there is levied
a tax of 40.30 on each one hundred dollars in value of said
property.
SECTION 2. 111 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are. hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
this ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, for five
days before its final passage, in the morning Tribune, a
daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City
of San Luis Obispo, and the same shall take effect from and
after its final passage.
