OaDINANCE NO. 1 (1959 Series)
AN ORD11WICE LEASING CITY PROPERTY TO MC CARTIM TASK AM STRM COHPMY
BE IT ORDARPED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to a public auction held on October 26, 1959,
the council hereby determine that public interest, necessity and convenience
requires the leasing of lots 1S and 19, block 186, Ingleside Bomeside Tract,.
to the McCarthy Tank and Steel Compmy.
SECTION 2. That the leave shall be for one year commencing Bovember 10,
1959, with can option to renew for the rental of $100 per month in accordance
with that certain "AGREEM'HT OF LUSS" dated November 18, 1957.
SECTION 3. That the IL%yor is hereby authorized to execute said "AGIE =T
OF LASE" for and on behalf of the City of San Luis Obispo.
SECTION 4. This ordinance, together with the ayes and noes, shall be
published once in full, at least three days before its final passage, in the
Telegrm- Tribune, a newspaper px;bliahed and circulated in said City, and the
oame shall, go into effect at the expiration of thirty days after its final
passage.
