AN ORDINANCE OF INTENTICY TO AB1100 A PORTION OF
VENABLE S'EET.,
B13 1T, ORDAINED by the COu.°acil of the City of San Luis Cbi.spo as follows s
SECTION 1, That the follow -ing described portions of Venable Street shall be
and We hereby abandoned.
A13- that portion of Venable Street as said street is shown and so
designated upon the Flap of Anholm Addition to the City of San Luca
Obispo recorded on may 13, 1917 in Book 3 of Maps at page 91,e
said portion be-Ing particularly described as follovs:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 9 in Block 13 of said
Anholm Addition; thence Worth 700 031 East as distance of 100 feet
to the southeasterly corner of said Lot 9E thence southeasterly in
a direct lime to the northeasterly ctr�ner of Lot 7 in Block 10 of
said Anhol�n Addition thence South 70 033 West along the northerly
line of said Lot 7, a distance of 82 feetg thence tangent to the
preceding course on the arc of a circular curve to the left; the
radius of which is 10 feetm through an angle of 1070 239 a distance
of I8a.71 feet;- thence North 370 101 West as distance of 13.57 feet;
thence northwesterly in a direct line to the point of beginning.
Reserving to the City of San Luis Obispo., an easement for stow
sower purposes over, under, and along the hereinabove described
tracks said easement to be 8 Feet in widthp the center lim of
which is described as being parallel to and 4 feet southeasterly
from ti:e southeasterly line of Lot 9 of said Block 13.
SECTION 2, That May 5s 1958P at 8s40 osclock p ®m, in the CTancil Chambers
Of the City Hall is hereby doclared to be the time and place set for public hearing
on said abandonment,
SECTION 3, That the City Engineer shalw; post notices on said street in
accordance with Section 8322 of the Street; and Hi fiiweys Code and shall cause this
Ordinance to be ;published once at least ton day-3 prior to said hearing in the
Telecram- Tribune, a newspaper published and circulated in said City,
SECTION 4. This ordinancep together filth the ayes and noes, shall be published
once in fully at least three days before its fiml passage, in the Telegram- Tribune,
a rowspager published and circulated in said City., and the same shall go into effect
at the expiration of thirty days after its final passage,
