Subject: proposed Discover SLO project
I'm writing to voice my support for this project. When we moved to SLO 11 years ago, one of things I
most appreciated about this town was how the downtown area has remained the true hub of the city.
So many towns of similar size have seen their downtowns deteriorate while malls and strip malls take
over. I love that our downtown is a great place to shop, dine, and run into friends. I believe that the
proposed project will serve multiple demographics, and be a great addition to all that downtown SLO
has to offer.
