Storage and Service Agreement
The DocuTeam hereby agrees to accept for storage and to service under its
management system at its 140 Hind Lane location such record material (deposits) as
San Luis Obispo City Clet$lient) requests, subject to all terms and conditions
herein, including those on the reverse side hereof. Client agrees to pay The
DocuTeam for its services according to The DocuTeam's current rate schedule, or
any revisions thereto. The attached schedule of rates is incorporated herein and
made a part hereof.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The DocuTeam's liability, if any, for loss, damage, or destruction to part or all of the
record material stored hereunder shall be limited to $5.00 per carton or container.
The DocuTeam is not responsible for incidents as a result of "acts of god ", including
but not limited to earthquakes and flood.
Rates may be changed upon thirty (30) days notice to the Client. For deposits
received during the month, charges shall be assessed on the basis of the entire
month.
