Having a special election is too expensive since the November, 2012 election was held barely three months a go. Therefore it is best to appoint someone to fill this empty seat. And this person should be third place finisher Jeff Aranguena. He had support of over 6000 voters in San Luis Obispo. In 2010, The City council appointed the third place finisher to your vacant seat. Jeff is supported by a broad base of residents including all business owners, educators, high education students, small business owners, transportation groups, ironmentalist and others. As a full time worker he will bring a unique perspective to the council. Mr. Aranguena is a great listener and was even recognized by the local newspaper The Tribune for his active participation in the community. I strongly urge you to support Jeff Aranyuena for appointment to the San Luis ObisN,, City Council. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. ke Heyl i Luis Obispo Resident
