Hello, my name is Cameron Gonzalez. I am a senior at Mission College Preperatory Catholic High School. This tree was
put up with good intentions, but now has a negative impact on mine, as well as, the rest of my class' graduation day.
This year I will be walking up the stairs and sitting at the entrance of the Mission for graduation. Parents will fill the plaza
below watching and waiting for their child's name to be called. The ever - growing Christmas tree will prevent families
from seeing their child as they end his or her high school career. For those families who have to sit by Chorro St, located
east side of the Mission, will not be able to view any of the graduation because of the tree. Also, anyone by the gazebo
will have a blocked view. I am hoping to have the tree removed or moved to a place where it will not prevent anyone
from having a view of graduation. Not only would it be an issue for my class, but it will be an issue for future Mission
Prep graduates.
Sincerely,
Cameron Gonzalez
