App and Clicks Performance: Number of App Sessions: 2,278 Number of Active Users: 1,308 Number of App Downloads: 682 Number of Page Views within the App: 11,647 Splash Page Link Clicks (bit.ly/SLOHappenings): 69 Add Event Page Link Clicks (bit.ly/AddYourSLOEvent): 29 ADVERTISING MEDIA OUTLET Impressions Clicks CTR Facebook Ads for Page Likes / Awareness 61,424 530 1.80% Facebook Ads for App Installs 3,365 35 .80% *note: Ad spend this month was under $300 as we tried the new app install ads. Because these are specifically targeted to iPhone and Android users the reach is limited, but the quality of lead is more precise. We will continue testing ad types and adjust for best results. SOCIAL CHANNELS In November, we posted upcoming events, promotions and local information on all channels, optimized the ad campaigns and provided an under 30 min response engagement, incrementally growing all channels. With the ongoing targeting focused on local awareness, mobile users, as well as likes outreach, we continue to see channel growth and engagement, including an organic post (Yahoo Travels / 7 Reasons of SLO Happiness) received over 21,800 views. We expect a rise overall when we can market the new app version. .
