*note: Media budget this month was underspent as we finalized changes to the app. We also stopped ads during the times the shortlink was
inaccurate. We will be setting up and optimizing the media spend for the next 2 quarters to promote the new revision.
SOCIAL CHANNELS
In December, we curated upcoming events, promotions and local information on all channels, optimized the
ad campaigns and provided quick response engagement, incrementally growing all channels. With the
ongoing targeting focused on local awareness, mobile users, as well as likes outreach, we continue to see
channel growth and engagement. We also launched a Holiday campaign featuring a Winter Wonder SLO
tickets giveaway campaign (see below image). We can expect a rise in results overall when we apply the
promtional strategies and targeted execution for the 2.0 version release in January.
